We started off managing our own investments, and as our need for reliable property management grew, we noticed that the way we did things was a bit different from what other property management companies were offering. So we kept on doing what we did best, and began servicing other properties as well. Years later, we are proud of our relationships with our clients, and our 0.4% vacancy rate for all residential properties in 2020.
